Pricing and turnaround
Standard wash, dry and fold service is $1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum. Pickup and delivery are included for confirmed service-area addresses. Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours. Rush service is $2.00 per pound and approximately 12 to 24 hours when confirmed before pickup.
Accepted service
We accept machine-washable and machine-dryable clothing, linens, and approved household items. We do not provide dry cleaning, hand washing, hang-drying, ironing, or pressing.
Separate household orders
Each household order is labeled and processed separately. Laundry from different customers is not combined in the same wash or dry cycle.
Pockets and care labels
Customers are responsible for emptying pockets and removing valuables. We follow visible care labels and confirmed preferences. Items with missing, unreadable, or conflicting care instructions may be set aside while we contact you.
Detergent and sensitivities
Tide Original and Persil Free & Clear are available. Customer-provided detergent may be used by request. The same household machines may process scented products, so a completely allergen-free or fragrance-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup and delivery
Laundry must be securely contained, accessible, and protected from weather at the confirmed location. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until availability and the service address are confirmed by text.
Items we cannot accept
We cannot accept dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, hang-dry, leather, suede, hazardous, pest-exposed, moldy, biohazardous, excessively pet-haired, or otherwise unsafe items. Contact us before including an item if you are unsure.
Concerns and rewashes
Report missing-item, service-quality, or damage concerns within 48 hours after delivery. When a confirmed service error can reasonably be corrected, a complimentary rewash may be offered.
