What is confirmed
The Happy Hamper takes routine laundry work off the customer’s list through porch pickup, wash, dry, fold and return delivery. Standard service is $1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum. Pickup and delivery are included for confirmed service-area addresses, and standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours. Rush service is $2.00 per pound with a turnaround of approximately 12 to 24 hours when confirmed before pickup.
A request begins the conversation; it does not automatically confirm an appointment. The Happy Hamper checks the address, timing and pickup details by text. This keeps service-area and rush availability clear before laundry is placed outside.
Each household order is labeled, kept separate and processed separately. Customers can choose Tide Original, Persil Free & Clear or provide their own detergent. The care process is explained before service in the service policies.
The service is designed for customers at approved addresses who want machine-washable and machine-dryable clothing, linens and approved household items cleaned and returned folded. It does not offer dry cleaning, hand washing, hang-drying, ironing or pressing. Customers can review service and pricing details or check whether an address fits the current service area.
