How laundry pickup and delivery works.
A Happy Hamper order starts with address and timing confirmation, not an automatic appointment. Once confirmed, securely bagged laundry is picked up, processed separately and returned folded.

1. What information should I send?
Provide your service address, preferred pickup date, contact details, detergent preference and any notes that affect the order. The current form supports Tide Original, Persil Free & Clear or customer-provided detergent. Sending the form does not guarantee the date or confirm that an address is within the active route.
2. When is the pickup confirmed?
The Happy Hamper reviews the address and requested timing, then confirms the details by text. Wait for that confirmation before placing laundry outside. Rush service also requires confirmation before pickup because availability can change.
3. How should laundry be prepared?
Use securely closed bags that can be handled safely. Empty pockets, remove items that need dry cleaning or special handling, and separate any item you are unsure about until it has been discussed. The preparation guide provides a quick checklist.
4. What happens after pickup?
Household orders are labeled, kept separate and processed separately. Eligible clothing, linens and approved household items are washed, dried and folded. Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours. Rush turnaround is approximately 12 to 24 hours when confirmed.
5. How does return delivery work?
The completed order is returned to the confirmed address. Pickup and delivery are included for confirmed service-area addresses. Standard service is $1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum. Rush service is $2.00 per pound when confirmed.
