What does laundry pickup and delivery cost?
Standard wash, dry and fold service is $1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum. Pickup and delivery are included after the service address is confirmed. Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours. Rush service is $2.00 per pound with an approximate 12 to 24-hour turnaround when availability is confirmed before pickup.
During service
Household orders are labeled, kept separate and processed separately. Tide Original and Persil Free & Clear are available, or you may provide your own detergent.
What laundry can be included?
The service accepts machine-washable and machine-dryable clothing, linens and approved household items. Dry cleaning, hand washing, hang-drying, ironing and pressing are not offered. Review the laundry preparation guide before pickup if an item needs special care.
How is an address confirmed?
The Happy Hamper reviews each address and requested date before scheduling. This avoids promising service outside the current route or accepting a rush order before availability is known. See the full service-area policy or read how pickup and delivery works.
