What belongs in a standard order?
Include machine-washable and machine-dryable clothing, linens and approved household items. Standard wash, dry and fold service is intended for items that can complete a normal machine wash and dry cycle. If a care label requires another method, leave that item out until the service can be discussed.
What should stay out of the bag?
Do not include items that require dry cleaning, hand washing, hang-drying, ironing or pressing. Remove valuables, electronics, pens, lip balm, keys, loose paper and other pocket contents. Check that every item can safely be machine dried.
Secure the bags
Use closed bags that will hold during pickup and transport. Do not leave laundry outside until the pickup address, date and porch instructions are confirmed.
How are special household items priced?
The published pricing sheet lists separate item prices for bedding sheets, comforters, standard pillows, throw blankets and machine-washable stuffed animals. Because size and care requirements vary, identify these items in the request before pickup. Towels, bath mats and bathrobes are weighed as part of a standard load.
What happens after the bag is collected?
Household orders are labeled, kept separate and processed separately. Standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours. Rush service has an approximate 12 to 24-hour turnaround at $2.00 per pound when it is confirmed before pickup. Standard service is $1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum, including pickup and delivery for confirmed addresses.
